About SwaggBae
Hi there! I'm David, but most people refer to me as Swagg, Swaggy, or SwaggBae. I'm a Gen Z'er with Millennial tendencices who's been making YouTube content and live streaming over on Twitch since 2014. I often discuss and possibly review films, animation, and video games, but I'm also a part-time speedrunner running games or series like the Mario Party franchise. I did do some weekly streams since February of 2020, but had to stop late in 2023 due to working two jobs and maintaining my YouTube. My April 2024 update brings this subject to light, and it will be difficult to bring them back. From September 2023 to earlier in the year, I posted a little bit of Shorts content on films of interest and stream highlights, but may bring them back while editing my longform content.
My Hobbies
It usually varies depending on my day to day life, but outside of work and content creation, I often like to dulge into game development. I've made RTP games in the RPG Maker community since 2014, but I am working on my first originally drawn RM project. I do have an official RMN account if you choose to follow me on there. In late 2021, I started learning the popular visual novel engine Ren'Py with the hopes of getting a successful project through NaNoRenO, an annual VN jam.
Content Schedule
As far as it goes with YouTube, I post on a semi-monthly to weekly basis because I currently have jobs in two workplaces. With Twitch on the other hand, I used to do near daily streams until the second job. These days, it's whenever I have free time outside of YouTube and work. But I do have my current stream schedule here if I am available.
